Reporting to CEO/Founder, responsible for leadership and execution of Omni Channel and Ecomm global brand, product and digital strategy across all platforms. Lead Product Planning, Consumer Insights, Category Management, Sales Merchandising, Brand Architecture, Ecomm, Digital, B2B/B2C Marketing, Product Development, Brand Management, Product Management, PR/Communications, Social/Content Marketing, Channel Strategy, Operations and M&A in the definition, development and commercialization of consumer product portfolio delivering sustainable profitable growth and brand advocacy. Our products are sold in Omni Channel retailers in over 100 countries.
• Developed and launched Jan 2015 new Outward Hound brand and new Ecomm website with revenue +123% at highest GM in business of 79%

• Responsible for all go to market brand and product integration for add on acquisitions Petstages, Nina Ottosson and Bionic creating one of the largest and diverse portfolios of dog toy, feed, cat and gear products sold globally in mass, independent, specialty and online including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Petsmart & Petco
• Lead all content marketing, SEO/SEM, video, earned, paid and owned media EPK, asset development, planning, copywriting and integrated engagement planning
• Organizational design, process mapping, talent acquisition & inventory management, demand planning and SKU productivity aligned towards KPI’s of business.
• YoY TTM New product revenue + 49% with 44% SKU Rationalization implemented in first 90 days, NET sales +31% and EBITDA +3% and investing in business
• AMZ sales up 204% YoY with total of Top 10 accounts +168%, AOV (Average Order Value) +182% YoY for consumer and trade direct sales
• IG (Instagram) presence was Zero (0) Jan 2015 and now #1 Fastest Growing Pet Brand with 28K engaged followers + 467%, +200K likes and 3% love rate
• 50K opt in email list + 270% with website traffic +135%, Blog traffic +106% and New Visitors +135% YoY
• Creation and lead Woof Pack consumer insight pet parent group with 20K members in year 1 and shopper marketing initiatives
• Invented, Designed and Commercialized 90% of all 2015/16 new product introductions (NPI) with 8 Utility Patents including #1 Toy Fire Biterz
• Gained placement for first time at Petsmart 2016 with new Fun Feeding brand block ranging from OPP flexible to HPP worlds first 3in1 raised slow feeder
• Launched brand in 2015 with incremental 8’ POG at Petco for first time with new summer water toy program and increased secondary space +40%
• Member of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for all quarterly Riverside Private Equity BOD and monthly Operating Review mtgs responsible for all Mktg KPI’s
